Ahoy, Captain… It’s Day One!!

After a night of the ship rocking us to sleep, we had breakfast in the room (we wanted to on the balcony, but it was raining). Then Dillon headed to the slot tournament in the Casino and I headed to the spa for an Aroma Stone Therapy Massage (which was AMAZING). Dillon and I met up for lunch in the buffet and then I went to get some sun at the pool and Dillon went up to the Haven pool area to use the private steam room and pool there. After each of us relaxing, we met up in the room and started getting ready (well I started getting ready while Dillon took a nap) for our Formal Night.

I dragged Dillon along to get some professional pictures taken of us and then we went up for an event with our concierge and got to take a picture with the CAPTAIN of the ship! We got some drinks and met some new people and were hanging out with them until it was DINNER TIME!! One thing we are loving about this cruise is that there are a lot of specialty restaurants. Tonight, we ate at a French restaurant (we passed on the Escargot though), but we each had a very yummy dinner.

After dinner, we headed to the CASINO!! It is always better gambling when you look and feel like a million bucks right… WRONG, we lost! We played some slot machines and then rolled the dice at the Craps table!!! After playing a couple more slot machines, we called it a night. See ya in the morning ORLANDO!
